The Circle Of Poop
Why do some animals produce little round poops and others don't? You know, like rabbits make bunny pellets and goats have circular turds, but humans and cows, well... you know.

Sam, strange but interesting post
not sure you want to know this, but one reason might be that Rabbits will do it and then eat it again, perhaps that is one reason
as for cow pats, generally just avoid them

God was going to fix this "machine error" on the seventh day, but he decided to rest instead.

I don't have the answer to that but maybe you can find it here- http://www.poopreport.com/ (The Poop Report). I found this site very helpful with comments when I posted about the tampon chandelier-

Deep. Very deep.

maybe it's their diet? Or maybe some animals just have small asses, hence smaller and rounder poops.
Just a thought.

Moonbat Monitor: No, that wouldn't be it. Goats, even large ones, have small round poops, and they are much bigger than, say, a cat, which has poops more like those of humans. So animal ass size isn't a factor.
I haven't actually checked it out, but I am assuming that a goat's ass is bigger than a cat's ass, and a cat's ass is bigger than a rabbit's ass. But if someone wants to confirm that, feel free to let us know.
My god, I became a blogger because I wanted to post on subjects having to do with philosophy. I've sunk so low...

Hmmm is there any ass bigger than a horse's ass? That's philosophical enough isn't it?

Nobody is getting out of this discussion smelling like roses.

Peter..
maybe animals subconsciously choose the shape of their poops based on where they go to the bathroom? Large and round craps tend to clog up a toilet, where sleek, snakelike poops don't. So maybe mankind has "poop-dapted" to toilets. think about this....Maybe that's why cats have sleek poops too. Would you want a big ol' round turd you couldn't bury in your little box?
I think not!
And I must agree with you on one thing, Peter and oregano.....so much for myself coming across as a philosophical blogger as well.
That just went straight to hell.
