It's that time again. Moron of the week is in its 6th week, so that means it's time for a new moron.
Two term running Shockingly Provincial is the one to defeat, so good luck to you all.
I'm going to see if a hint makes it too easy or if it's more helpful. Please let me know below if it helps or if it takes away from the fun.
The hint: Hypocrites come in all forms.

Gotta agree with amigo...looked at the pic and it came to me, and saw that he had it first. Kamau Kambon whose comments included: "And the one idea is, how we are going to exterminate white people because that in my estimation is the only conclusion I have come to.
