The Moron is almost certainly a black person judging by the hair. I don't think it's DeBarge though, perhaps it's Janet Jackson.
For some reason though it looks like Kobe Bryant even though I can find no evidence of recent moronic activity.

The picture doesn't really look like him, but I'd like to nominate Daniel Lyons of Forbes magazine for the title.
This guy is off the wall. In his article, "Attack of the Blogs" his COMMENTARY and OPINIONS are hopelessly slanted and spiteful, making him guilty of the very offenses he accuses bloggers of committing. He rants that blogs are biased while at the same time he is basically proclaiming them as the source of all evil. My guess is that this guy is having a tantrum because he went to journalism school and now realizes that any old mortal with a PC can voice their opinions too. What a moron!
