In regard to Mister Snitch's "Why Aren't Immigrants Rioting Here":
I spoke to a few fellow Canucks here in the US and we briefly considered starting a riot in an effort to bring Coffee Crisp and ketchup chips to US store shelves. Then we got lazy, grabbed a few beers, and watched hockey. I guess the short answer to Mister Snitch's question is that Canadian immigrants are too addicted to beer and hockey to organize any sort of riot. Plus, we are a peace loving people, eh?

My daughter dated a Canadian for the longest time. I still have some Tim Horton's coffee in the pantry from their liaison. I never DID get any catsup chips but I heard a lot about them!

I can't tell you how happy I was to see that Moonbat monitor post. Thanks. I've been in a sad discussion with some friends of mine, and that post just summed my feelings up for me.

You don't have Ketchup chips in the US? YOU DON'T??? No, really, YOU DON'T? How do you survive. Seriously, you don't?
Diane, you'd be shunned by society up here if you kept Tim Horton's coffee on the shelf without using it. That's sacrilege to most Canadians, lol. (But, as a conspirator, I confess I don't even drink coffee)

More fake news from Marty's Musings:
On Friday, President Bush struck back at critics who claim he misled the country into war, asserting that “more than 100 Democrats in the House and the Senate voted to support removing Saddam Hussein from power. We all had access to the same intelligence that my administration fabricated.

Saturday Night Live, in its 31st season, continues to draw praise for its ethnically diverse cast. Commented Executive Producer Lorne Michaels, “Our show is richer and appeals to a wider audience with multicultural performers. That’s what I’ve always believed…and that Asians aren’t funny.
When reminded that former cast member Rob Schneider is half Filipino and half Jewish, he remarked, “Yeah, well, I think we can all agree that I hired the Jewish half.
