It brings me a little happiness reading that many of those stupid lawsuits were unsuccessful.
Talk about killer knockers. My favourite of the wacky lawsuits happens to be the one called "Rack Attack".
And, did you know that being rear-ended could mean that you're gay? At least, that's what the man claims who sued in the case called "Sexual Accident". Unfortunately, the loser and his wife won, for crying out loud.

LOL That's too funny- the "Sexual Accident". Might of been an accident alright but not caused by an automobile. Makes you wonder about a "jury of your peers".
