Yes, McDonalds is doing something completely ridiculous (what's new, right) and offering gift cards to the public.

There's no better way to say "you mean nothing to me, but I still have to buy you a Christmas gift" than by getting a meaningless gift card for cr*ptacular food.

I know a way to solve the war on Christmas, let's all call it the Gift Card Season because that is about as pathetic as it's turning out to be when it comes to gift giving and thinking of others.
