Random Thought Intercepted
This random thought by Semper Ubi Sub Ubi is a pretty good one...
"Why does everybody blame the dryer for lost socks? Nobody counts the socks between the washer and drier, so why is it automatically the dryer's fault?"I chalk this all up to a conspiring washer.
D*mn washer, plotting to get rid of its co-dependent dryer by making us think it's the dryer's fault.
The Crazy Rants of Samantha Burns

They're both pretty evil when you think about it. The one drowns the socks in some form of water torture not seen since the Salem Witch Trials. And don't even get me started on that spin cycle. That puts those poor socks through so many G's... many of them pass out and almost die. Only then after that torture are they viciously thrown in the dryer, where they're tumbled under extreme heat... worse than prisoners in Afghanistan felt when kept under lock and key on the tarmacs of US Military Bases.
Those missing socks aren't lost! They escaped! They can now plot their revenge as clothing insurgents, to free the rest of their cotton compatriots from the dressers and closets of the world!
