Increasing Blog Traffic Seminar - Module II: Blogging Your Fetish

Article contributed by The Platypus Society.

Module I can be found here.

Okay, you're a freak.

Maybe not a public deviant, but perhaps you're one of those "privacy of your own home, behind closed doors and closed mini-blinds" kind of freaks.

Maybe you like women with unshaved legs or armpits. Maybe you enjoy roleplay that involves wearing diapers and a dog collar. Perhaps watching women step on things in stiletto heels excites you. Or perhaps you enjoy dressing as Santa Claus and letting an angry French woman kick you in the groin: video clip here .

If you enjoy any of these activites or more obscure ones we failed to mention, that's okay!

We're not here to judge you for the weird things that give you a tingly sensation in your naughty regions (except for the groin kick people; seriously get some psychological help).

We're here to show you how to turn that dirty little secret you've been hiding into higher blog traffic.

If your blog has a hitcounter, you've probably noticed the occasional errant visitor who somehow arrived at your site by typing "elephant bukkake" into a search engine (Google that word at your own risk).

From this, we know that there are perverse people out there looking for weird stuff. We also know that along with making hardcore pornography easily accessible for both your nephew and your grandmother, the internet has been wildly successful at uniting the freaks of the world.

Before the internet, I never heard of such things as inflatable animal fetishes or adult diaper fetishes (no nudity, but language/content may not be completely SFW). Now I know better.

So, you can see there would definitely be a niche opportunity for the blogger who has a thing for women smearing baked beans all over themselves as they recite Victorian poetry.

Your search engine ranking will greatly improve depending on how obscure your fetish is (eg. there are a lot of foot fetish sites, but surpisingly fewer sites dedicated to elbow fetish).

The more creative/kinky you are, the quicker you'll find your site at the top of the Google queue. You'll also find that by blogging your fetish you will attract two types of readers: those who enjoy the fetish as you do and those whose fetish is making fun of other people's fetishes.

It will attract a lot more readers than that lame"10 things about me" meme or "Who's your 80's hearthrob?" online quiz you posted, and will get more comments.

So get your blogging freak on, you freak! Turn that backroom obsession for Eqyptian mummy erotic roleplay into the top blog on the internet for Egyptian mummy erotic roleplay.

Please join us next week for Module III: The Blog Gods - Invoke their wrath or seek their benevolence?

... whoa... kinda makes my librarian/girls with glasses fetish look WAY tame...

"elephant bukkake" two words that just should never be used in the same sentence. lol

I didn't have "a thing for women smearing baked beans all over themselves as they recite Victorian poetry" until you mentioned it. Now it sounds kind of hot.

Oh, and word on the girls with glasses fetish mentioned above.

An ironic fetish could be women with severe headaches.

Whoa! I'm thinking this "instructional" post alone probably bumped you up on that googlemeter by about 2000%!
