I'm back on the game and here for another week of moron guesses.

I would guess that it is not proper to pick someone that has already been named but I am with Butch if it's not Canadian rocker Neil Young than it should be not only because the outline looks like him but because he truly is a moron and an ego maniac of the highest order.
