What an utter crock of bullshit. In the first place, it isn't the place of the FCC to worry about kids getting fat. In the second place, what the hell do ads have to do with what the parents are feeding them? If you want to blame someone for letting kids go to pot, blame the irresponsible parents for poor meal planning, and letting the kids sit around watching the ads instead of getting off their asses and DOING something.
Excuse the rant, I think I need another cup of coffee...

If you gave kids two pictures, say, one of Mt. Rushmore and one of the Golden Arches, which would they identify first?
