Now You Can Go All Michael Richards On People's A$$es
With this list of offensive language.
No matter what your race or ethnic identity is, you're sure to find it insulted on that page.
It's not racism if you attack every ethnicity, though, right?
Lol.
And, hey, did you know that last Friday (December 1st) should have been Blog Against Racism Day? Ya, neither did I.
Apparently, many bloggers participated in it last year at this same time, but this year, it didn't exactly "take", did it?
Not surprising considering that it's run mostly by Liberal-supporting bloggers (here are some links, if you dare): Blog Against Racism Day: The Bush DOJ, December 1: Blog Against Racism Day, Blog against racism day.
I say "not surprising", of course, because it's just like them to have a big conniption over something and then easily drop it when another "freak out" idea comes up.
I'm sure some other, non-liberal and non-political partisan, types got involved for what they thought would be a good cause, and it sounds like it could have been one; however, with Daily a$$-Kos-ers out there participating, you know it won't be a long-running success.

Thanks for the link to the ethnic slurs - should prove a useful source in the future.

Except that in Chris Clarke's post announcing BARD, there's no indication whatsoever that he meant it to be an annual event.
But hey--I wouldn't expect someone who is more offended by opposition to racism than by racism itself to pay that much attention to the details.

Tom - you're one of "them", aren't you? Ugh!
As I said, you freak out about it for a day, or a couple days, until something else comes along to freak out about. How 'bout just practising correct behaviour and attitude on a daily basis rather than "celebrating" for only one day and telling others how to think and behave.
A good leader is one who leads by example, not whines and cries about everything.
F*cktards.

Lol, MR.BIG is a Poutine.

and that is pronounced "Pwahtsin" not "Poo-teen".
...pronounce it like a proper French pepper.
Of course the worst you can call a woman in Quebec is "une plut" (not sure how it is spelled since I've only heard it spoken). Basically compares a woman to the vaginal region of an old french whore. Naturally, the English speakers in Quebec would teach all non-French visitors this was a proper way to greet a "lady" in Quebec. Well, it is if you want to get smacked across the face.
